Price
The range and spectrum of options is simply too large to give an accurate price indication here. Once we know the parameters for your in-company training, we can give you some 2-3 scenario’s and accompanying price indications.
Why not book a session with us, to establish what these parameters are for your unique company, and together get a clear picture?
We work with a 1 day intake to establish the unique parameters relevant for you and your company setting (including prepration, meeting with you and the actual calculations and reporting back).
The intake meeting focuses for example on:
- Clear definition of audience (who will be trained? demographics etc)
- Definition of success (vision), need to claritfy this together such as in a visioning workshop
- Time span and timing (i.e. onboarding or later in an employees career, blended or bichronous, study load, duration.)
- Individual training? Cohort (ie a group embarks on a learning journey together)?
- Partly remote training or in-person on the floor?
- Learning objectives
- Language (ie need for translation/editing)
- Nature and aspirations for the course (i.e. level of flexibility, collaboration, dynamic etc).
- Learning platform (i.e. device responsiveness needed? Social learning from peers?)
- Desired design for effective learning and assessment in the face to face components
- Estimate of useability of material already existing (quality, duration of recorded material, nature)
- Estimate of the shelf time of the existing material
- Graphic design (implies time of our graphic designer and/or a collaboration with the company’s designer)
- Support level needed after release (i.e. technological support, supervising and advising a pilot implementation)
- Wishes regarding the level to which various stakeholders and decision-makers in the company are involved in design and development
- Requirements for eventual output (i.e. a report, guide for facilitators, strategy for implementation)
- … company specific aspects that come to the table and affect a cost estimate.
The intake costs
€1.000 (8 hours) excl. VAT, excl. travelcosts
€1.210 Incl. VAT 21% excl travelcosts
Obviously, this quotation becomes a discount on an assignment should we proceed together.
