Resilience course (pragmatic idealist):
a team journey for university lecturers or senior consultants

We need new approaches to the professional development of university teachers. Surely, our notion of flexibility was completely transformed during the worldwide lockdowns, but equally, in the period where the world opens up again and we re-negotiate flexibility.

At StudioBlended we strongly believe that if flexibility is your priority, the optimum remote training, is one that combines synchronous and asynchronous (that is: bichronous) teaching, and works personalized and tailored with your university lecturers.

By using modular approaches based on our StudiOpedia, and working only digitally, we make this Pragmatic Idealist option of the course competitive.

For the overarching logic, see the course portal. Find a 1 page overview with a table showing you the differences between the variations.

With this team journey, university teachers set their feet on the path to resilience, through a journey together that has a strong focus on technical systemic approaches for curriculum design. The technical groundwork also enables the team to better understand human resilience.
